Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (such as your name).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including pages visited, alerts viewed, stocks watched, and scanner criteria submitted.

Device & Push Notification Data: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect a device push token (via a third-party notification delivery provider) to deliver real-time stock alerts to your device. We also collect device type, operating system, and app version to improve performance and compatibility.

Subscription Data: When you subscribe, we collect and store your subscription status, plan details, free-trial eligibility, and billing dates. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — we never receive or store your full payment card details.

We do NOT collect: financial account information, brokerage credentials, or Social Security numbers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver real-time pre-market and day-market stock alerts (in-app and push notifications)
• Monitor your watched stocks and notify you when they meet the custom criteria you set
• Monitor stocks already alerted today and notify you when one runs another 20%+ from its last alert price (rebound spike alerts)
• Run automated background scans (4:00–9:30 AM ET pre-market, and during market hours) to identify high-potential NASDAQ movers
• Track potential gains in your Profit Tracker
• Provide and maintain your StockPulse Pro subscription
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

StockPulse delivers alerts via in-app notifications and, if you opt in, browser/device push notifications delivered through a third-party notification provider. By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving automated alerts including:

• Pre-market movers identified between 4:00–9:30 AM ET
• Day-market spike alerts during regular trading hours
• Rebound spike alerts when an already-alerted stock gains another 20%+ from its last alert price
• Watch alerts when a stock you're tracking meets the custom criteria you set for it

All alerts are purely informational and do not constitute financial advice. You may manage or disable notification preferences at any time in the Settings page or through your device settings.

Your data is stored securely on Base44's cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Stock alerts and scan history are retained to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Settings page or by contacting us.

StockPulse relies on third-party companies to operate. These providers fall into the following categories:

• Cloud hosting, authentication, and database services
• Subscription billing and payment processing
• Real-time, pre-market, and intraday market data providers
• Financial news and regulatory filing providers
• Push notification delivery services
• AI services used for market and news analysis

Each of these third-party companies operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share personally identifiable information with them beyond what is necessary to operate the app, and we never share your information with them for marketing purposes.

StockPulse is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

To exercise any of these rights, use the account management options in Settings or contact us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
